alvexo

Who is the broker Alvexo ?

Alvexo is an online trading and investment platform that offers access to financial assets such as Forex or Cryptocurrencies. The broker offers a wide range of 450 financial assets via its platform.

The Alvexo brand offers its services via VPR Safe Financial Group Limited, registered in Cyprus. The latter is regulated by the Cyprus Safety and Exchanges (CYSEC).

Alvexo AMF

Since August 2022, ALVEXO has been suspended to offer its services in France by CYSEC, a decision which takes place on the basis of observations of the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers). She suspects the Cypriot broker of regulations violations.

The broker offers access to financial markets via several types of accounts that can be opened via the official website. Via trading platforms, it offers access to the best known financial markets.

On his site, ALVEXO praises a customer service placed at the center of his attention and what he wants to offer to investors who trust him. They say they provide qualified personnel to answer customers’ questions.

Indeed, in 2020, the broker had been at the center of a controversy because agents contacted new customers to identify their investor profile and were very involved in the investment of the most vulnerable of them.

Several complaints had been filed against them because many people felt abused. According to testimonies, the agents of Alvexo contacted them very regularly to encourage them to invest as much as possible.

If they made profits, they pushed them to reinvest their earnings until they lose everything.

What are the services offered by Alvexo ?

The alvexo broker offers fairly classic services for a trading broker. It offers access to the most common markets, namely :

  • Currencies (Forex)
  • Indices
  • Raw materials
  • Actions
  • Cryptocurrencies

The alvexo crypto offer is very little provided. They only offer twenty tokens.

In addition to the CFDs on the financial assets mentioned above, ALVEXO has extended its offer to other additional services. The broker organizes for example occasional events during which they create contact with their customers and inform about finance.

The broker offers a service called Alvexo Plus via which it offers customers different services related to trading.

ALVEXO PLUS, these are different additional features such as :

  • Shared trading signals
  • Technical analyzes
  • A trading academy
  • Webinars
  • E-books
  • An economic calendar

All these features are accessible to members with an Alvexo account.

ALVEXO account types

ALVEXO offers several different types of accounts to investors who wish to start using their solution to trade.

There are 4 types of accounts and each has its specificities. Here is a summary of the accounts.

ALVEXO’s most reasonable account does not give access to leverage. We also note that the lever effects offered are very small compared to most other competing brokers which generally go up to 500: 1.

Alvexo account demo

Alvexo also offers the creation of demo accounts. These are used to be able to access trading tools and platforms using dummy capital. Demo accounts are appreciated by apprentice traders who want to apply what they learn without risking real money.

The platforms offered

The brokers offer contracts on financial assets but generally, they do not offer a trading platform proper to open positions and place themselves on the price of assets.

When you create an account with a broker, it offers a number of platforms to which you can link your account to trade on the external platform.

ALVEXO offers 3 solutions for trading assets :

  • MT4 : Metatrader 4, the market leader who offers advanced trading tools and which allow trader investors on the markets using the most efficient tools and indicators
  • ALVEXO Web Trader : This is the web version of the MT4 tool that Alvexo incorporates on their site directly
  • The ALVEXO mobile app : it offers a trading platform to open and close positions also

Fresh alvexo : what are the spreats and the costs applied

In terms of Spreads, Alvexo is not in lace. They have the highest spreats among the different brokers that exist on the market.

For a “limited risk” account, which is the most accessible, the spreats are at least at 2.9 pips when most other brokers like Vantage or Pu Prime offer spreats that start at 1.2 pips and go up to maximum 2.5.

ALVEXO spreads can go up to 3.5 pips. In Forex, it’s huge.

Regarding other Alvexo costs, the broker does not pay fees at registration or any management fees. Inactivity fees of € 10 are applied if you do not take a position for 30 days.

ALVEXO review – What to think of the platform ?

For the moment, it is no longer possible for French citizens to create an account on the platform of this broker due to problems with the regulator.

The Cypriot broker has been controversial several times as a result of dubious practices with its members. Many complaints have been filed against him and we know that the testimony of people is sometimes scary.

Indeed, they claim to have been pushed to invest until losing all of their capital, knowing that they are in most cases vulnerable and elderly people.

Apart from that, the ALVEXO AMF review is rather bad since the broker had to stop its activity in France following warnings from the AMF (Authority for the Financial Markets).

The Trustpilot Alvexo notice of users is mixed. ALVEXO receives a TRUSTPILOT note from 3.2/5 for 572 reviews.

Positive Alvexo user reviews mention that the customer service is responsive and attentive, that access to trading is simplified, that the platform is intuitive.

Negative Alvexo reviews from users relate to trade advice from teams that leads to loss of investors’ capital, very high commissions that force trades to be closed, blocked accounts without explanation.

We advise you to turn to another broker if you want to start trading.
